Can I dine in my room?
Yes, of course! We have a delicious Room Service Menu which you can choose from, including Breakfast, Dining Menu and the Night Owl. Choose from a selection of freshly made food including Finger Sandwiches, Toasted Sandwiches, Salads, Large Plates and Desserts,
A £5.00 tray charge will be added to you bill.
Can I upgrade my room?
Yes, we have a selection of rooms that you can upgrade to including the Deluxe, Boutique and our stunning selection of Suites.
What time can I check in?
You can check in from 2pm at The Stanneylands, and need to check out by 11am the following day.
What time is check out?
All guests should check out before 11am.That means you have enough time for a lion-in, time for some delicious breakfast in The Tap & Pantry and a morning stroll around our beautiful gardens!
Can I extend my check-out time?
For those of you that want a little longer in your room, we will try our best to have your check-out time, subject to availability. If you speak to the reception team, they will be happy to provide you with availability and rates for late check-out.
Can I upgrade my package / arrange a birthday surprise?
Yes, if you would like to add any Surprise and Delights, please let the Stanneylands Team know – these can be added at any time.
Can I check in early?
It’s great to hear that you are excited to join us but as our fabulous housekeeping team are preparing your room to make sure it’s perfect for your stay, we are unable to offer you an earlier check in that 2.00pm.
I need to cancel my reservation
If your plans have been altered, we will always do our best to find another alternative date for you to stay with us.
If you’ve made your reservation on our Advanced Booking Rate, unfortunately the cancellation charges will apply.
If you booked on a Best Available Rate, you may cancel without charge, before 2pm on the day prior to your arrival.
What's the nearest Public Transport?
Wilmslow Train Station is the nearest main line station and is approximately a 5 minutes’ drive. There is a frequent train service (approx. every 5 mins) throughout the day from London to Manchester. Styal Train Station is the nearest station directly served on this service.
For those travelling from Manchester Airport, we are (approx.) an 8 minute drive. You can either catch a black cab from the taxi rank outside, or call for a local taxi.
Within the area, there are a number of shopping destinations including Wilmslow Town Centre Market, Waitrose Supermarket and Sainsbury’s.
